In order to do the scan, you must create a profile in the NES Health portal by clicking here and entering your information. If you already have a profile, you can skip to step 3.
Once your profile is created, you will receive a confirmation email from ‘NES Health’ with your log in credentials and how to access the portal. Be sure to save this information in a safe place.
Log into the NESHealth portal by going to: https://portal.neshealth.com.
